Critique by Stuart Batty

Stuart Batty is an internationally renouned British turner who makes many "square" bowls. He gave one of my Big Leaf Maple bowls a very favourable criique at the 2005 Totally Turning Symposium in Albany NY. On the right is Andi Wolfe, another international-rank turner who specializes in turned objects that have been carved and coloured. She also very favourably critiqued the bowl she is holding. I made it from a Beech tree with a small burl on the side.
