Spalted Elm bowl
I do not get much spalted Elm. In fact, this is one of the few pieces I have ever seen. The shape is popular with chefs who like to "display" their salad. No sense spending a lot of money on fancy lettuce and hiding it in a deep bowl. Size is 19 inches wide by 4 inches deep.
